COMMUNITY SERVICE
From 2009 – 20011 as the Director of the Mount Wachusett Community College Fitness & Wellness Center’s Multi Sport Team, I volunteered and gave several free clinics and training sessions on triathlons, swimming, biking, and running. These included:

Gave video analyses at swim clinics where I would go over the correct technique needed and used to execute the freestyle stroke efficiently

Gave several swim e-valuations to various triathletes to help them improve their freestyle stroke and learn how to execute it correctly

Gave several run gait analyses to help runners learn the proper running form with analyzing; stride, leg swing, body position, head position, arm swing and cadence.

Aided in giving a bike clinic on bike maintenance and how to fix a flat

Volunteered and helped lead several outdoor group training sessions for the members in swimming, biking and running

Volunteered and helped design, host and execute several triathlons, running and cycling events
From 2012 – 2016 and at the Optimum Performance Cycling Training Center, I volunteered and gave several free coached cycling classes, core classes, stretching classes as well as:

Gave several VO2 Max Tests to athletes to help them learn their appropriate heart rate zones for their training programs

Gave several Functional Threshold Tests to help athletes learn their power numbers and learn the correct power numbers for the appropriate training zones

Created and lead the Optimum Performance Triathlon Team where I gave free coaching advice to the members

Gave several swim evaluations to triathletes to help them learn the correct technique and drills to improve their freestyle stroke

Volunteered at setting up and helping run several outdoor group training sessions for swimming, biking, and running

Volunteered at putting together several member gatherings to celebrate the accomplishments of the Optimum Performance Training Center and it’s members
From 2016 – present and as the head coach and owner of VIP Tri-Training, I volunteered and gave several free coaching sessions to athletes looking to improve their swim, bike and run. These services included:

Gave several free unlimited coaching packages out to athletes where I coached them for the entire season

Gave several swim e-valuations to various triathletes to help them improve their freestyle stroke and learn how to execute it correctly

Gave cycling and running training sessions to help triathletes learn the correct and proper form and techniques needed to execute them efficiently

Volunteered at the Clermont Fondo and the Horrible Hundred Cycling events in Clermont, FL where I aided in parking

Coached (and continue to coach) core routines to members of the Clermont Triathlon Club and Lake Gators Master Swim Team on Monday and Wednesday evenings

Coached (and continue to coach) the Lake Gators Master Swim Team and Clermont Triathlon Club swim practices Monday and Wednesday evening at the National Training Center
